Uganda National Museum

- Get a tour guide. The cost is 15,000 Ugandan shillings.

- Prepare to spend at least 3 hours. The tour guide will explain every piece of art work unless you tell them you are on a tight schedule.

- The museum is quite old but you will learn a lot about the history of Uganda and their 56 clans. My favorite part was learning about the different kinds of medical treatments used over the course of their history.

- You can actually touch most of the art work!

Ggaba Beach

- Must eat the fried Tilapia and chips (fries) … Yum!

- Take a chance and experience the boat ride. The cost could be negotiable (a lot things in this country can be negotiated).

- Sit back and relax.

Gadaffi National Mosque

- Get a tour guide. The cost is 15,000 Ugandan shillings.

- Attempt to make it all the way to the top of the tower (I didn’t haha).

- Prepare to spend a least 2 hours. Once you get to the top of the tower (or the middle), there are 7 hills in Kampala that will be explained.

- You are allowed to take as many pictures and videos as you want!
